Warranty Duration
Our products, including the Thermomix 6 and 7, are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Repairs and Replacements: If a defect is found, we commit to repairing or replacing the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use.
Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Environmental Conditions: Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (excessive moisture, intense heat, etc.) is not covered.
Technical Support
After every purchase, the customer benefits from dedicated technical assistance to help with setup, usage, or any questions related to the product.
Claims Procedure
Contact Us: To make a claim, please contact us at kontakt@thermomixbenelux.de with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the defective product.
Assessment:
We will assess your claim and inform you of the next steps within 14 business days.
Repair or Replacement:
If your claim is accepted, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Fees:
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. A prepaid return label will be provided.
