Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within the European Union, including the following countries:

• Germany 
• Austria 
• France 
• Italy 
• Spain 
• And all other EU member states

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received via bank transfer.

Once processed, orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days, except in the case of pre-orders.

In the event of any exceptional delay, you will be notified by email.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free of charge across the entire European Union.

No additional shipping fees will be applied.

4. Shipping Method

Parcels are shipped via standard carriers depending on the destination country.
📦 A tracking number is provided as soon as it becomes available.

5. Shipping Address

Products are delivered to the address you provide during checkout.
Please ensure that all your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

The product can be returned even if it has been opened, used, or damaged, as long as it is complete.

Accessories and documents should be included where possible.

Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

7. Return Method and Fees

You can return your item using one of the following options:

• Drop-off at a designated return point
• Pick-up by courier at your address

📦 Return shipping costs are covered by Thermomix Benelux.

We will provide specific return instructions based on your location.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 10 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

10. Exceptions

Customized or made-to-order products may only be returned if they present a proven manufacturing defect.
