Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to change your mind or contest the order, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
During this 14-day period, you may return the product — even if it has been used or is damaged.

2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
The product may be used, opened, or damaged, but must be returned complete
All accessories and documents should be included where possible
The original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory
Requests made after 14 days may be declined unless the product is defective or covered under warranty.
3. Return Method and Shipping Costs
Returned items can be:
Dropped off at a designated collection point, or
Picked up by a courier at your address
We will provide instructions based on your location.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

6. Exceptions
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
